A Story of the Tree Spirits

A narrative poem told through photographs

Deep within the shade of an abundant orchard
kindred silent spirits absorb all the tortured
blended in the highs and lows of tints and tones
they chatter together, they hear the groans
unable to make sense of spurred cyclones
then another one stumbles and crumbles
evil shadows seize allies
talk is lost — red disguised
failed gestures…
